Like most people that go to New York, she is amazed by the diversity of the city.
“It’s like theres so many people from all over the world that are here. It’s the most diverse place on the planet. I don’t have to feel like an outsider because everyone is an outsider”
We, as an audience, don't realize how tough it is to be watched 24/7. For Rhian, New York was a respite from the constant scrutiny. She could be herself at all times. "There’s something about this city that teaches you to really not care about what people think,' she said as they walked through Times Square.
