CURVED RANGE HOOD with ACCESS FOR DUCTWORK??

Is that possible?? If you’ve seen any of my projects you know that I love to over-design everything. This was no exception. It was quite the challenge. I needed to make a curved hood that would have a removable lid so installation would be much easier. I always want access to my ductwork connections so I can make it airtight. But because of the shape of the curve and the size of the insert I needed to carefully design every detail. I had to eliminate some of the video because it was getting too long so if you have any questions about how or why I did something, feel free to leave them down in the comments and I will do my best to answer them.
