Navy Capt. Brian Drechsle, who was reprimanded in connection to the death of Navy SEAL candidate Kyle Mullen, is being moved to another job. Kyle’s mother, Regina Mullen, described the treatment of SEAL candidates as “criminal” and said those involved in her son’s death “should be court martialed.”
