We decided to visualise this route because it looked scenic and enjoyable, however it wasn’t the greatest. I got bored throughout the route and the only interesting parts to me were Beckenham Hill and Blackheath. Not to mention the full journey was long, taking 75 minutes end-to-end. Occasionally, you can get fast drivers on this route but you just have to be lucky with it. Anyways I would not recommend the 54 because it’s boring, instead you should try 53.
