嵜本珈琲焙煎所では、嵜本ベーカリーのパンに合うようにブレンドされた、自家焙煎珈が人気です。

スペシャルティコーヒーであるパプアニューギニアとグアテマラを中心とし、「深いコクと他にはないスパイシーな後味」を出すためにインドネシアのマンデリンを組み合わせました。

フルーティーな酸味・爽やかな口当たりを大切にし、嵜本のパンやスイーツに合う当店自慢のハウスブレンドです☕️

飲み方も、ハンドドリップ、ラテやアメリカーノ等、豆の種類も豊富にご用意しております☺️

At Sakimoto Coffee Roastery, their popular coffee is roasted in-house and blended to match the breads of Sakimoto Bakery.

They use specialty coffees from Papua New Guinea and Guatemala, and combine them with Indonesian Mandheling to create a "deep richness and a unique spicy aftertaste."

This is our proud house blend, which emphasizes a fruity acidity and refreshing taste, and goes well with Sakimoto's breads and sweets. ☕️

We also have a wide variety of beans available, including hand drip, lattes, and Americanos. ☺️
