Yamaha RD400C carb assembly
Improvements to what I did in the video:
1. The main jet washer goes in a particular way. The rounded part of the washer faces the main jet.
2. Reuse the old red fiber washer under the needle and seat instead of the aftermarket aluminum one.
3. Torque the seat to 2.9 ft lb, and use a little oil on the threads.
4. Use a smaller screwdriver and set the air mixture screw to 1 1/4 turn out from seated for a start up point.
