What makes a 10/10 fragrance?

1. The scent is amazing to me.
2. That's it.

That's what I said for the designer rendition of this video. This time around, I'm adding a bit more nuance.

One other element that makes a fragrance a 10/10 for me is that it is the top of its class in terms of function in my collection.

For instance, I have several non-citrus fresh fragrances I like to wear in the evenings, but there is one that usually gets my attention.
