We are living in a world filled with so much pain, sorrow and despair, hurt, and heartache. The times we live in are full of darkness. But our hearts are desperately looking for relief from all of that. We scroll endlessly online looking at pictures and videos of people who seem to have found happiness and we want what they have. You ask yourself, “How can I be like them? How can I be happy? How can I have joy in my life? Are joy and happiness the same thing? Why don’t I have that joy or happiness? If I had it, how did I lose it?” Those are questions I have asked myself in one way or the other. Join me as I explore more on this concept of joy and happiness and how we can find what we are looking for.
