At a whopping 14 hands and as wide as he is tall, CJ is perfect for the entire family. He is stout enough for any adult, yet small enough for the kids to feel safe. CJ is a Brabant x Haflinger, a very unique cross that is bound to grab attention! At 4 years old, he will be able to make a family very happy for a long time. CJ has a gorgeous red roan color that is topped off with a flax mane and tail, helping him to stand out everywhere he goes. He is trustworthy enough to carry your child or your grandmother, and is our go to for new riders. But, wait, it gets even better! CJ is broke to drive just as well as he is broke to ride. He has a fantastic personality that makes him easy to love and a true pleasure to be around. CJ has a huge heart and is always willing to please.

Whether you prefer to spend your time out on the trails, or riding through town, CJ does it all. He will cross creeks, ride down busy streets, and is happy to put up with every ounce of horse play and shenanigans you throw his way. CJ truly has all of the patience that you could ask for in a horse, and always stands quietly while we climb all over him like a jungle gym. He is very confident whether riding through busy streets, or down trails with various terrains. CJ will ride through the big timber, crossing logs with ease, and will carefully carry his rider down steep muddy trails. He does everything you would expect a well trained gelding to do. Lopes off quietly, taking his leads correctly on cue, has a smooth extended trot, and even has a nice stop. CJ has been exposed to everything on the trails, in town, and even in the arena; we feel he will excel with any age or level of rider. Above all, he is an honest gelding that you can trust to take care of any rider.
