Try this great 30 minute low impact full body cardio workout! There's no jumping at all, it's HIIT, and targets the whole body - arms, legs, glutes, abs! We have a 4 minute warm up and then go 4 minutes on and 30 seconds off. It also uses no equipment, so you can do it at home anytime at all.
