The second day of finals at the FONBET Cup 2024 in Novosibirsk continued to showcase the exceptional talent of the gymnasts, as they competed in the beam, floor exercise for women, and the vault for men.

The women's beam final started with Ekaterina Andreeva from the Chuvash Republic, who earned a score of 11.433. Yulia Nikolaeva from the Republic of Tatarstan followed with a solid 12.366, and Ulyana Perebinosova from Moscow posted a close 12.500. Maria Agafonova and Anastasia Bedrina, both from the Novgorod Region, performed admirably with scores of 12.533 and 12.566, respectively. Ksenia Zelyaeva from the Moscow Region set the bar higher with a 13.066, but it was Alena Glotova from the Tula/Ulyanovsk Region who impressed with a 13.766. The highest score on the beam was achieved by Anna Kalmykova from Moscow with a 14.000.

In the men’s vault, the competition was fierce. Alexey Seleznev from the Republic of Belarus started with an average score of 12.900 from two vaults. Alexander Klimov from Moscow improved on that with a 13.166. Dmitry Dubinin from Saint Petersburg showed consistency with a score of 13.533 on both vaults. Kirill Gashkov from Kaluga Region earned a 13.816, while Vladislav Novokshonov from Vladimir Region followed closely with 13.833. Ivan Zavrichko from Moscow delivered an excellent performance, achieving an average score of 14.233. Daniel Marinov from the Republic of Tatarstan and Mukhammadzhon Yakubov from the Moscow Region continued the high level of competition, scoring 14.383 and 14.583, respectively. The best vault of the day came from Alexey Usachev from the Vladimir Region, with an impressive 14.649.

In the women’s floor exercise, Diana Parshikova from Samara and Kristina Kazan from Saint Petersburg both started with a score of 12.066. Anastasia Bedrina from Veliky Novgorod raised the stakes with a 12.600. Alena Glotova from Tula/Ulyanovsk Region performed a strong routine, earning a 13.000. Ulyana Perebinosova from Moscow scored slightly higher with 13.166. The final performances of the day saw Elizaveta Us from Krasnodar and Lyudmila Roshchina from Anapa both score 13.633, with Maria Agafonova from Veliky Novgorod closing out the event with a top score of 13.766.
