This is Day 5 of my 1-month self-improvement plan.
Today’s workout: PULL ( BACK, BICEPS) 💪🔥
1. Pull-ups — 4×7
2. Bent-Over DB Rows — 3×12 (8kg)
3. Inverted Rows— 3×12
4. Dumbbell Deadlifts— 3x10 (10kg)
5. Dumbbell Curls — 3×12 (8kg)
6. Hammer Curls— 3×12 each side (8kg)
7. Chin-ups — 2x7
8. Knee to elbows--3×15 each side
5 day done, 25 to go. No excuses. Just progress.
