Garlic Noodles

Garlic Noodles
Ingredients
2 green onions(sliced)
15 cloves garlic(minced)
5 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp msg
1 lbs lo mein/egg noodles
1/3 cup noodle water
1/2 cup parmesan cheese(grated)
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Slice green onion saving the white portion for cooking and the green portion for garnish. Smash and finely mince garlic cloves.
2. In a wok or large pan, heat butter on medium low heat. Add the garlic and scallions and sauté for couple of minutes until lightly browned/translucent then add soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and msg. Simmer on low heat.
3. Boil noodles according to package instructions making sure to reserve the noodle water.
4. Add the noodles to the sauce along with the reserved water and mix.
5. Grate parmesan cheese and add black pepper on top.
6. Mix until fully incorporated and plate it up garnishing with more parmesan cheese and green portion of green onion.
