RECIPE
150g feijoa (soft flesh)
15g caster sugar
7g lemon juice
5g gin
Mix them well using a blender. Make a sorbet using an ice cream maker.
Kiwi fruit instead of feijoa is a good substitution for this sorbet recipe.
