As requested by lemon lime, here's the famous "Toreador Song" in the Ocarina of Time soundfont.
For the titular singer's voice, I considered using a wind instrument like the clarinet, but ultimately opted for a guitar, if only to give it a more appropriately Spanish flavor.
"Votre toast, je peux vous le rendre" (Your toast, I can return it to you), also popularly known as the "Toreador Song", is one of the most famous excerpts from Carmen.
In it, the bullfighter Escamillo brags about the thrills and glory of bullfighting. The music is initially full of the swagger that the scene demands.
The refrain features one of the most famous tunes in the whole opera, which you'll most likely recognize (1:16). Despite it being in a major key and thus being more amiable, it still manages to sound somewhat vain.
After the refrain is done, the opening music abruptly returns and everything we heard until now is repeated (2:05). After that, a short coda (4:10) serves as an efficient postscript, with the amiable refrain getting the last word in the end.
