Spinal stability exercises to create strength in the front, sides and back of the spine. A great work out to do as a precursor to strength training or to regain confidence in how the body can work if you're returning to fitness. Try and hold each exercise for 10 seconds and do 6 x reps, on the front, on the left and then the right side and then on all 4s left leg/right arm x 6 reps and then right leg/left arm x 6 reps.
