In this video today I wanted to go over 5 Crucial Medical Device Interview Questions. These are advisable to prepare for and have nailed down in order to crush your interview.

1.Why Sales- This answer should be formulated based on metrics that you are going to hit for your company. Hitting these metrics will ultimately increase your compensation and that is a great reason for wanting a sales career. Saying that you want to help people is not wrong, but it is generic and should not be used.

2. Why our company? You should do a deep dive into the company culture, products, and compensation in order to give a very detailed answer. This answer should be individualized to each company specifically.

3. You Don't have sales experience? This is a common rejection among medical device companies. You need to be able to articulate relatable skills that you have to the job function

4. Name a time something challenged you on the job, and how you overcame it? This needs to be formulated into a sales problem. You need to relate some previous work function to a sales task. Then, you can talk about how you corrected that problem and business was better off for it.

5. How do you approach building relationships with physicians and hospital staff? For me personally, I always sell on service and trying to outperform competition. When asked this question, tell them you will do everything you can in order to learn quickly and fulfil obligations to the physician in terms of service provided
