Indigenous Faith & Cultural Society Gears Up for Mega Celebration with Coordinated Rally Movement
The Indigenous Faith and Cultural Society of Arunachal Pradesh (IFCSAP), Itanagar Capital Region Unit informed through a press briefing that the Indigenous Faith Day 2025 will be celebrated on 1st December at Nyokum Lapang Ground, Itanagar.
During the briefing, IFCSAP appealed to all indigenous faith believers to actively take part in the celebration and mobilise their friends, families and well-wishers to join the programme with full enthusiasm and cultural spirit. The organisers emphasised that the event aims to promote traditional values, practices and the rich cultural identity of the indigenous communities.
As part of the celebration, a car rally movement has been arranged, which will commence from Chimpu and Banderdewa and proceed towards the main venue at Nyokum Lapang Ground. Participants have been instructed to assemble as per the following rally coordination.
From the Chimpu route, participants shall report at:
Chimpu–Jullang Road at 6:20 AM, led by Sh. Taro Tallu, Secretary Finance IFCSAP–ICR (Ph. 8837484826);
Bridge Point near Petrol Pump, Chandranagar at 6:30 AM, led by Sh. Monya Riba, Secretary Kargu Gamgi Council Itanagar (Ph. 7005974394);
DNC Road Tri-Junction at Vivek Vihar at 6:30 AM, led by Sh. Dani Tassar, Adviser Medar Nello Itanagar (Ph. 9612126826);
Ganga area near Hunnam at 7:00 AM, led by Sh. Pinje Doji, Secretary ICR MCC 2026 (Ph. 8257847995).
From the Banderdewa route, the rally will be coordinated at:
Police Check Gate, Banderdewa at 6:00 AM, led by Sh. Messo Nime, Vice President IFCSAP–ICR (Ph. 8399961735);
Dikrong Colony Road Tri-Junction, Nirjuli at 6:20 AM, under Dr. Giamnya Baki Garam (Ph. 8478128963);
ISBT Entry Junction, Lekhi at 6:30 AM, led by Sh. Lokjesh Dubi (Ph. 9774271058);
Near Legi Complex A-Sector, Naharlagun at 7:00 AM, led by Mrs. Milo Tago Yalyo, President W/W IFCSAP–ICR (Ph. 8014073369);
Near Forest Park, Papu Nallah at 7:20 AM, under Sh. Tasson Don (Ph. 8798200908).
All participants have been requested to strictly adhere to the reporting timings and convoy alignment under the supervision of respective team leaders. Vehicles are expected to reach Nyokum Lapang Ground by 8:00 AM.
