The village chief named livid demanded that he and his family renounce their faith or face death.
Nokseng bravely chose to follow Jesus, even in the face of persecution.
He and his family were killed for their faith.
The hymn "I Have Decided to Follow Jesus" commemorates Nokseng's unwavering commitment to his faith.
