How to cook Beetroot Carrot and Sweet Corn Soup with Pork Bones
List of Ingredients
▪Pork Bones
▪Beetroot
▪Carrot
▪Sweet corn
▪Dried Peanut, Cowpea, Dried Honey Dates and tangerine peel (all dried soaked into water for 15 minutes )
Step
1. Rinse and wash Pork Bones .Boil water into pot ,once your water is boiling put them blanched to remove blood and fat.' No Longer '
2. Rinse and wash dried Peanut, cowpea, tangerine peel and honey dates
3. Clean and wash and peeled Beetroot, Carrot and corn in cob and cut into big chunks.
4. Pour 2.5 liters of water in deep stockpot, cover and bring to boil
5. when water come to a boil, add the pork bones
6. Add drie peanut, cowpea, tangerine peel, and honey dates
7. Cover and allow to boil over medium high heat for about 30 minutes.
8. Lower heat to medium low and boil for another 1 hour.
9.when the soup is done add some of salt
(remember to add salt to your taste )
10. Ready to serve.
