FAQ:
Does PRF sterilise a contaminated graft? No. It improves handling but does not “clean” a dirty graft.
Is brief CHX or povidone-iodine rescue acceptable? Possible in select scenarios, but cytotoxicity trade-offs exist. When unsure, discard.
