A level crossing located at the side of the River Witham just north of Boston Railway Station and Town Centre, seen in this video activating for a Skegness-bound train which would not see another station until Thorpe Culvert some roughly 17 miles down the line. There is a fairly impressive railway bridge over the River Witham just beyond the crossing here, and the road beyond the crossing actually crosses over a Sluice over the river, hence the crossing's name. One barrier is almost comedically far in from the road here and is substantially longer than the other three, and as you may also notice, one of the wigwags is brand-new due to the one it replaced being struck, but they haven't used a thin set here. There is also a very low railway bridge just down the side road from the crossing having only a 1.9 metre clearance - good luck taking any SUV's or larger through there!
