This event is held every year in the village of Watkins Glen, NY. in conjunction with the SVRA vintage races that are run at the 3.4 mil long race course. This year, the Bugatti automobile is being honored. These cars in this video are running controlled speed "pace laps" of the original race course that ran through the village streets and country roads up above the village.
