Using points of contact, we gently connect with the physical energy body—feeling where you are supported, grounded, and alive in this moment.
As you follow along with the video, notice:

• The places your body meets the earth, chair or your mat
• The subtle energy that awakens when awareness lands on sensation
This intentional check-in calms the nervous system, anchors scattered energy, and helps you feel more present and embodied. It’s a small pause with a powerful effect—creating clarity, ease, and a sense of being held.
