Gears added 2 relics/charms using in video are gears with "of the tinkerer" suffix that only drop/sell in Atlantis DLC's map. "of the tinkerer" suffix allowed added 2 different relics/charms into item.

This build using almost the same gears with Physical Beam Ritualist build i made before, and it really better than i expected. Heart of Oak + Trance of Empathy + Strength of the Pack + Plague tree skills are just very fit for those Doppelgangers to improve alot output dmg for character.
Still, you must using skill with good strategy and control to get the best performance.
