Welcome to Gary's Kitchen. My dad shows you some easy veggie prep and makes his sweet potato hash for brunch and our first mini Mukbang. He also gives some healthy snacking ideas.
Steam or parboil your favorite veggies (his favorites are asparagus, sweet potato, red/yellow/green peppers, marinated portobello mushroom caps (in balsamic vinegar and spices), and onions). He adds in a small amount of seitan or BBQ soy curls, and some more BBQ sauce, and cooks over medium heat till everything is softened. For brunch we had this, Ezekiel cinnamon raisin muffins with his homemade blueberry jam, and hash browns cooked on a griddle (no oil). So good and we were stuffed!
