ATTN!! I forgot to mention that you will not be able to get ACC power from the fuse panel in the engine bay. Those fuses are hot all of the time. You will have to run the wire in through the firewall and to the fuse panel behind the glove box.
In this video, I install an Auxbeam switch panel in my Jeep TJ and clean up the electrical system the right way. I mounted the switch panel directly to the roll cage for easy access, then modified the factory bracket to relocate the @Auxbeam controller into the engine compartment. To make everything fit properly, I 3D printed custom standoffs for the modified bracket and upgraded the main power cable to handle higher current going to the controller in the engine bay. This setup keeps the wiring clean, protected, and trail-ready.
