Planning for the future of a loved one with a disability is deeply personal—and often complex. You may be wondering: “Do I need both a special needs attorney and a special needs financial planner?”
Please join attorney Ellen Cookman and Certified Financial Planners Ken Prodger and Scott Gill as they discuss:
– How special needs attorneys may help with legal protections and public benefits navigation
– How special needs financial planners may help with financial stability and long-term care concerns
– How the legal and financial team can work together
While their roles are distinct, they work best together. One helps build the legal framework. The other helps ensure long-term financial security. Together, they help families navigate public benefits and legal protections, creating a financial roadmap that lasts a lifetime.
Ellen Cookman founded Cookman Law in 2015 to help families of all shapes and sizes plan for the future and utilize available resources. Ken Prodger and Scott Gill, with Special Needs Planning Group specialize in helping families plan for the future, with a passion for building long-lasting relationships with their clients.
