Top toast with cottage cheese, avo, warm kimchi, balsamic glaze & serve w fried eggs (also add Bakkwa, a Chinese salty-sweet dried meat similar to jerky ) sooo gooood.

places I ate:
↪ Plain Vanilla: extremely pricey but a really nice cafe to work at, lots of plugs and good vibes. recommend avo toast!
↪The Mango Tree: very yummy! They told us to stop talking because it was disturbing the ambiance and it was so funny and uncomfortable.
↪Birds of Paradise Gelato Boutique: always good but also expensive.
↪Shimbashi Soba, 新橋そば: my first time trying soba - it’s yummy but a little bland. I love their sets here so much variety!
↪Goldenroy Sourdough Pizza: woah. A thick, crispy, oily, wonderful sourdough pizza experience. get the mushroom pesto 12/10
↪braek acai & coffee: my guilty pleasure. It’s so addicting and refreshing.
↪Nic & Tom Eatery: popular restaurant in chinatown. The service is quite horrible. gai lan is scrumptious.
↪PS.Cafe: heavenly desserts. Food coma level. truffle fries also slay.
↪Un-Yang-Kor-Dai Singapore: good but not as good as thailand. I feel like they try too hard to be unique. mano sticky rice is magnificent.
↪Alaturka Mediterranean & Turkish Restaurant: 100/10 maybe my favourite restaurant in singapore. Best hummus i’ve had in my life. Their falafel is so fluffy and crunchy and addicting. I could eat their lavos every day. The employees are so kind.
↪Monarchs & Milkweed Gelato: gelato was good but staff are a little mean :(
↪COTTA: super cute and tiny little 2nd-floor gelato/dessert shop. The waffle blew my mind.
↪Mustard Singapore: favourite chicken tikka masala in singapore. It’s just magnificent. I think about this place all the time.
↪YY Kafei Dian: a viewer took me here to get kopi and kaya toast and it was fluffy and sweet and perfect. Super authentic old-school cafe vibes.
↪Tamoya Udon & Tempura: honestly very salty and oily and crowded and service was slow
↪Carrotsticks and Cravings : So much avocado (almost too much…) but really kind employees and just a calming vibey outdoor seating area.
