Overall Thoughts:
American Airlines is definitely stepping up its game to compete with Delta and United in the premium travel space. This product, in my opinion, is stunning, with thoughtful design throughout. Seat comfort and privacy are top-tier, thanks to the spacious layout and sliding door. The food was great — fresh options and you gotta love the ice cream sundae! Service was also friendly and caring. Mattress pads, pajamas, and extra blankets/pillows would be nice additions that currently AA doesn't have. Overall though, this is a product you need to try out!
