You really can't go wrong anywhere at Disney's Coronado Springs resort when you're looking for a great restaurant. Tonight, we feel like a little Mexican so we head over to the Maya Grill. This is one of the older restaurants at Coronado and doesn't get as much attention as the new favorites like Toledo and Three Bridges, but it definitely captures the feel of ancient Mexico with a few modern touches. Join us for dinner and will give you our thoughts on the atmosphere food quality, and value.
