Sculpt and strengthen your abs and arms in this 22 minute Strength x Pilates workout! Using 1-2kg dumbbells (or up to 3kg for your arms for a greater challenge), this session focuses on deep core activation, then really sculpting the outer layer of the abs (rectus abdominus - 6 pack muscles) and upper-body toning with controlled, precise movements. If you don’t have weights, you can still get an effective workout using just your body weight. This class will improve posture, core stability, and strength while delivering a satisfying burn.
Equipment
1-2kg Dumbbells (or up to 3kg for extra challenge)
Mat (for core exercises)
Optional: No weights? Use body weight for a great workout!
