Radical Highway is an amazing Sonic Heroes stage mod made by Shadowth117 intended for use with the Reloaded Mod Loader.

As someone who has been keeping up with the stage's development since the beginning and also the one who made some of the tools used in its development, I can tell how much work and effort was put into this, and it should be recognized.
