In this video, I reveal some of the non-obvious eczema lessons that took me years to uncover. If you've been using "eczema-friendly" products, eating clean, and still flaring this is your sign to dig deeper. 🧬
We’ll talk about:
💚Why even “eczema-safe” products might not be safe for you
💚The parasite-eczema link (yup, it’s a thing!)
💚How your subconscious thoughts may be keeping your skin in a constant state of stress
💚How to ask yourself better diagnostic questions to spot YOUR hidden triggers

3. Do I notice patterns between specific foods and flare-ups?
4. How does my skin respond after periods of deep rest or vacation?
5. How does it react after stressful events or conflicts?
6. What age did my eczema first show up?
7. Have I ever lived in a home with mold, dust, or water damage?
8. Do I have digestive issues (bloating, constipation, etc.)?
9. Do I notice changes in my skin with hormonal shifts (cycle, pregnancy, etc.)?
10. Is there an emotional pattern tied to my flare-ups (shame, anxiety, fear)?
_______
🧠 Thought Reframing Questionnaire (Use this in a journal)
When you feel a flare coming on after stress, ask:
1. What exactly happened to cause stress, and what meaning am I giving it?
2. Could there be a less threatening or kinder interpretation?
3. How do I handle stress? What do I do right in stressful situations, what do I do wrong?
4. What would I say to a friend going through the same thing?
5. Can I see this stressor as a temporary moment instead of a threat?
6. What would help my body feel safe right now?
7. When or if this happens in the future what is another way I can handle this to get a different outcome
8. Can I idealize or romanticize this situation in anyway (think the stressful car ride in my video)
