I backed a Kickstarter campaign and it finally arrived, and I'm convinced that this is by far, the coolest jean jacket in the world because this denim jacket lets you swap out incredible art to show your style, share your mood, and be different. Its perfect for a minimalist wardrobe and as a new minimalist, it was almost a no-brainer except… It was SO expensive (for me, anyway), but as soon as I saw the concept and the attention to detail on the crowdfunding campaign page, I just had to have it, and crossed my fingers that the eventual product would live up to the Kickstarter page... and it didn't... because it exceeded my expectations. This is, by a huge margin, the best jean jacket I've ever owned.

I'm so happy with this jacket. As someone who has been both a creator and backer of Kickstarter campaigns, there's always a bit of nervousness putting down money as a preorder, so when something you back comes to you that exceeds expectations, that's always a great surprise. And this modular denim jacket with customized swappable art is so... me, lol.
It was even scarier because this is by far, the most expensive denim jacket I've ever bought, and to commit to it blind meant that the concept and design were so impressive to me. And now, with it in hand, I'd take this over a luxury brand jean jacket any day... actually, I feel like this IS a luxury denim jacket, but ACTUALLY priced fairly.
This is elevated streetwear - for far too long the streetwear scene has just turned into a mishmash of manufactured scarcity and line-ups for t-shirts and resellers using bots to scoop up luxury drops only to flip them immediately for 5 to 10 times retail.
This jacket takes it back to what real streetwear was all about... self-expression with a touch of rebellion, and I'm proud that as a Torontonian, this jacket's creators are from Toronto as well.
