Dan Dan Noodles ingredients:(for 2)
noodles topping:
200g ground pork
1 tsp chopped garlic
1tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp shaoxing wine
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
sesame oil
1/2 tsp corn starch
2 tbsp cooking oil
-1/3 cup Chinese preserved mustard green
noodles sauce:(for 2)
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp chili oil with chili flakes
2 tbsp toasted Sichuan peppercorns
2 bowl fresh noodles
spring onion 1 tbsp
toasted sesame seed 1/2 tsp
