'When the world stayed apart, we stayed together'
We sadly haven't been able to take part in many of our charity activities over the past year so have been looking to find ways to put smiles on faces of those in need. Here's how we did it...
WHEN THE UK ENTERED A NATIONAL LOCKDOWN ON THE 23RD MARCH 2020 THE FUTURE WAS UNCERTAIN FOR MANY SCHOOL CHILDREN.
FOR THE CHILDREN OF TREETOPS SCHOOL THE CHANGES WERE EVEN MORE DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH AS THEY FACE ADDITIONAL LEARNING DIFFICULTIES.
SCHOOLS WERE CLOSED SOON AFTER AND DESPITE SOME SMALL PERIODS BEING BACK IN CLASSROOMS, THE MAJORITY OF LEARNING WAS DONE ONLINE WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE AMAZING FAMILIES AND STAFF.
ALL CHILDREN HAVE SHOWN INCREDIBLE RESILIENCE, BRAVERY AND DETERMINATION...
