Not every car deserves a full restoration… and you can’t change my mind 😆

It’s all hands on deck today as we prep this car for a full color change! Colton is sanding down the bumpers with 400 grit, I'm (Jolene) masking all the trim, and Bad Chad is applying more high-build primer—this time with a paintbrush.

Last time we showed a video of rolling primer on with a roller, people said it wasn’t the right way to do it. But how can it be wrong if it gets the job done? The primer goes exactly where it’s needed, without wasting product, time, or effort. On certain spot repairs, sometimes the simplest method is the best. Why overcomplicate something that works perfectly fine? Efficiency matters more than following rules just for the sake of it.

We’re not restoring this car, just making it look better than it did—finding that balance of effort and cost to make it worth it. Stay tuned for the paint job!
