The South Simcoe Railway, in Southern Ontario. They use a Rogers 4-4-0 steam locomotive, built in Paterson, New Jersey, in 1883. They also have a Montreal Locomotive Works 4-6-0 steam locomotive, built in Montreal, Quebec, in 1912, which is currently languishing outside, out of use..
They have no mainline connection at the moment, which precludes them from capitalising on the lucrative market in the major city of Toronto, nor the potential summer traffic in the Lakes District - despite the Canadian Pacific Railway running right past and crossing the heritage project.
