Ingredients:
For the Milk-Spinach Drink:
🥛 Milk
🌿 Spinach
🍌 Banana (optional, for sweetness)
🍯 Honey or sugar (optional)
For Spinach Banana Pancakes:
🥚 2 eggs
🌿 Spinach
🥛 Milk
🍌 Banana
🍚 Flour
🍬 Sugar
🫙 Baking powder
🌿 Cardamom
🛢️ Oil
Recipes:
Milk-Spinach Drink:
Wash the spinach and add it to a blender with milk and banana.
Blend until smooth.
Add honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter.
Serve fresh to the kids.
Spinach Banana Pancakes:
Add all ingredients (eggs, spinach, milk, banana, flour, sugar, baking powder, cardamom) to a food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Heat a pan and add a little oil.
Pour batter and cook pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Ingredients for chicken vegetable rice:
Chicken breast
Oil
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 tablespoon dried coriander
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon chicken masala powder
Green peas
Salt (a little)
Soaked rice (soaked a few hours before)
Cooking with a little salt)
Recipe:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast until golden.
Add chopped garlic and onion, and fry until soft.
Add dried coriander, cumin, curry powder, and chicken masala powder.
Mix in green peas and a little salt, and cook until everything is well combined.
In a pressure cooker, add a little oil.
Put the soaked rice in first, then add the cooked chicken and veggie mixture on top.
Add a little salted water.
Cook in the pressure cooker for 12 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
