I’ve been building my dream home and homestead from scratch on 18 acres in Canada for almost 4 years now! Two years ago, I framed this beautiful window wall, and today I’m finally finishing it with a luxury detail: drywall returns.

This window wall design is inspired by the multi-million dollar homes in my area — they all feature massive glass walls to bring nature in. I wanted that same look in my own DIY build, but on a budget. Instead of hiring it out, I framed it, installed the windows, and did the drywall returns myself.
