I had heaps of fresh hops to use up after harvesting wet hops a friend had grown. So I HAD to brew a double IPA.

This is the recipe I used for my 50L brewing kettle system which would likely need to be adjusted to work with yours.
Recipe for 23L:
33L tap water adjusted to BeerSmith3's Hoppy water profile (I added 2 litres to account for water absorption by the hops.

7.3kg Maris Otter (85.6%)
523g Pilsen Malt (6.1%)
165g Crystal Malt - 60L (1.9%)
165g Flaked Oats (1.9%)

72g Fresh Challenger @60 min
32g Fresh Challenger @45 min
60g Fresh Challenger @15 min
221g Challenger @ flameout with a 15 minute hop stand at 80°c

Kveik Voss Yeast

Mash @ 67ºC for 60 mins
Boil for 60 mins

Original Gravity: 1.071
Final Gravity: 1.014
ABV: 7.4%
IBUs: ??? Can never really tell when you're using fresh hops, but around 11IBUs... maybe?
