Spinach Artichoke Dip -
*This was made on the fly so there are no measurements*
Ingredients:
Spinach leaves
Artichoke hearts
1 block firm tofu
Nutritional yeast
Oat milk (unsweetened)
Lemon concentrate
Tapioca Flour
Sautéed garlic and onion
Salt

1. In a blender, crumble up the block of tofu. Add some oat milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon concentrate, and tapioca flour. The flour thickens the mixture, the oat milk will help to blend and water it out.
2. Chop up the spinach and artichokes and sauté them with the minced garlic and onion.
3. Add a bit of the spinach and artichoke mixture to the blender at a time to blend it out. You may need to add a bit of oat milk or tapioca flour depending on the consistency.
4. Taste test to see if you want any other spices. If it's good to go, transfer into an oven safe dish and broil for about 10 or so minutes at 350 degrees F. Just watch the top to see if it creates a layer.

Cauliflower Wings -
*For twice as many, just double the recipe*
Head of cauliflower
3/4 Cup Flour
Bread crumbs
3/4 Cup Oat milk (unsweetened)
1/4 Cup Water
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Paprika
Black Pepper
BBQ sauce & hot sauce of your choice (I use sweet baby ray's sweet & spicey BBQ, and Old Bay hot sauce)

1. Chop up your cauliflower head into reasonable bite sized pieces. Make sure to take off most of the stems.
2. Add the flour, water, and milk to a bowl and mix. Add in the spices you want and mix thoroughly.
3. Coat the cauliflower with the mixture you've made, then roll in bread crumbs. Make sure to evenly coat them.
4. Place the wings on a cooking sheet (do not overlap) and bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
5. Mix the BBQ sauce and hot sauce in a bowl. When the wings are done, take them out and evenly coat them in the sauce. Put them back in the oven for another 20 minutes. Then they're done!

Potato Wedges-
Ingredients:
Gold potatoes (or any you want)
Olive oil
Any spices you want (we used parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, and onion powder)
Vegan cheese (or normal if you want)

1. Set the oven to 350F. Chop up your potatoes to the desired shape you want and place them in your baking sheet.
2. In the baking sheet, drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, then all of the spices you wish.
3. Leave in the oven for about 25 minutes or so. Take them out once they start to give in when you try to stab them with a fork. Then cover them with a layer of cheese and put back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
