Friday Night Funkin' is a Newgrounds rhythm game made in HaxeFlixel originally created for Ludum Dare 47. Programmed by ninjamuffin99 with a soundtrack produced by Kawai Sprite and artwork created by PhantomArcade and evilsk8r, the game can be played on Newgrounds or played/downloaded for free on itch.io.
The plot of the game centers around Boyfriend trying to hook up with Girlfriend, but her ex-rockstar father Daddy Dearest doesn't approve of him. It's up to Boyfriend to rap battle his way through him and anyone else that stands in his way so that he can finally get freaky! Think you got what it takes?

Sunday Night Plumbin’ is a released Friday Night Funkin’ mod that throws Boyfriend and Girlfriend into a twisted version of the Mushroom Kingdom. The mod is heavily inspired by Mario creepypastas, turning the familiar world into a horror setting.

The main antagonist is Mario.EXE, based on Coolrash’s creepypasta, a corrupted and murderous version of Mario. Alongside him is MX, a monstrous Mario-inspired character from the Mario ’85 fan game, who plays a major role as one of the most dangerous foes. Another memorable opponent is the eerie Wario Apparition, the giant floating Wario head from the infamous Nintendo E3 legend.

The mod blends dark humor, horror, and distorted Mario imagery to create one of the most surreal and unsettling FNF experiences.
