This is more than just a camera repair video — this is a story about passion, resilience, and gratitude.

For years, I’ve had the honor of learning camera repair remotely from a man who changed my life — John Forster. He’s a brilliant technician with an even more incredible story: John is dyslexic and cannot read or write, yet he taught himself how to fix cameras and even completed formal training while being completely illiterate.

We finally got the chance to meet in person, and I brought the crew along to capture the moment. This video documents John’s journey, my journey, and the emotional experience of finally saying thank you face-to-face.
