I have since ordered parts for both the jointer and the thickness planer and they were not cheap. $160.00 for replacement screws, blades and belts but at least i can get them. I have since sent this video to Proxxon in the hope that they will produce better instructions to change the blades and to service the machine.
I also have their table saw, band saw, and most of their hand tools as they do make excellent tools.
