Character is built in the waiting - living with Purpose!

Abraham waited 25 years for a son. Jacob waited and worked 14 years to pay the price to marry his beloved. Joseph waited 13 years for his sufferings to be redeemed. It was 11 years after Paul’s Damascus road experience, before he started his missionary road journeys. And then there was Jesus, who waited 30 years before He began fulfilling His Father’s will, all the way to the cross!

My kids love fruit if they came to me and asked for a fruit salad before dinner I know it’s the right thing, but it’s at the wrong time.

In the same way that we might be coming to God for something that’s good, but it just might not be the right time. God has a perfect plan and he knows exactly when things are meant to happen.
