We check out the site of the new Hippie Market in Torrevieja and go to the New Harbour Development car park on Paseo del Mar as it opens to 640 cars, including disabled spaces, and electric car spaces, with charging points.
The car park is charging €1.90 per hour with a maximum day rate of €19.00.
