ATF Fires a "Working Rocket Launcher" to Convict Innocent Man

ATF and DOJ worked together on a case to convict Tate Adamiak for having "machine guns" and a "working rocket launcher." However, as this video by the ATF demonstrates, the rocket launcher does not work at all. They add a Czech VH-7 or VH-7A training aid that shoots a 7.62x39 cartridge. It does not function as a rocket launcher or RPG-7 at all.
