Short example gameplay of SimCity 2000 for DOS. It briefly shows the terrain editor and how to build a small city with about 10.000 citizens. No disasters are shown ("No Disasters" was turned off, but none occurred).
As you can see, building a small and profitable city isn't very difficult, but I'd advise against borrowing more than $20.000.
Sorry for contributing to global warming (0:59 and 15:50). But, with this being the early 20th century, I suppose I had little choice.
BTW, if there are any Sim City 2000 buffs, feel free to tell me how to make a better city or if I did something wrong.
